Returns & Refunds

At this time, we do not accept returns and we do not provide refunds for online purchases.

If you received the wrong item, we would gladly help with a replacement. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.

Subject line: Wrong Item Received – Order #_____

Include the following in your email:

  • Two (2) clear photos of the unopened item you received
  • Your first and last name
  • Your shipping address
  • Your order number

If approved, we will send a return shipping label for the incorrect item. Once the return is received, we will ship the correct item. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval/confirmation.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Revive Oral Care is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. Please keep all packaging and take photos to support your claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

After an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including shipments marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier as soon as possible.

If you purchased shipping protection at checkout (if offered), eligible claims may be covered under that provider’s terms and approval process.
