Shipping Policy 

Once your payment has been received and successfully processed, your order will be prepared for shipment. We take care in packaging orders; however, we cannot guarantee the condition of packages upon arrival due to carrier handling. Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

Shipping Availability

At this time, Revive Oral Care ships within the United States only. We are not offering international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping option selected.

Processing Time (Mon–Fri)

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). During promotions, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery Time (U.S.)

Delivery times vary by location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Any delivery timeframes shown are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

Carriers & Tracking

Orders ship via major U.S. carriers (carrier selection may vary based on destination, package weight, and shipping method). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the shipping label is created.

Address Requirements (No PO Boxes)

We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. Please enter a valid street address at checkout.

We do ship to APO/FPO addresses when supported by the selected carrier and shipping method at checkout.

Revive Oral Care ships to the address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully. We are not responsible for delays, mis-deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, you may be responsible for a reshipping fee.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our fulfillment process begins quickly, so we cannot cancel, modify, or change an order once it has been placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

After an order has shipped, Revive Oral Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with neighbors/household members

  • Contacting the carrier to request delivery details (if available)

  • Filing a claim with the carrier if appropriate

Damaged Packages or Products

If your package arrives damaged, you may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Revive Oral Care is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. Please keep the shipping box/packaging and take clear photos for your records and any carrier claim.
