How to Use:

Apply whitening gel to thermoform tray and seat over teeth. Wear 30–60 minutes. Remove tray and rinse. Use every day or every other day. For best results, use Revive RX Desensitizer Gel for 2 weeks before starting whitening and after each whitening session.
